Every fall there is one day when the coffee, the cereal and somehow the dog shampoo all start smelling like a scented candle, and it is officially here: National Pumpkin Spice Day. I have already had two and I am not proud of the second one. This meme dump is the only thing on your lunch break with zero cinnamon, a fresh pile every day at noon, and yesterday’s batch is still warm if you missed it. Here we go.

A meme dump closer blending Willem Dafoe's face with a blobfish, shown from four angles.

I will be thinking about this at 3am.

That penguin sprinting across the ice is the most honest thing in this batch, and I say that as a man who once jogged to a taco truck like it owed me money. The apartment with a view of a nail salon is also, somehow, my dream home, and I would pay extra for the liquor store side. Not every one of these funny memes is smart, and I am including myself in that, but the dumb ones are doing the heavy lifting, and the Willem Dafoe blobfish will haunt me longer than most hilarious memes have any right to.

Another pile lands tomorrow at noon, same as always, pumpkin spice or not. Until then, yesterday’s classic memes are aging nicely, and Sunday’s meme dump has a few more funny pictures from the first weekend of fall. If any of these got a laugh out of you, send it to the coworker who thinks pumpkin spice is a personality, then hit one of the share buttons below.
