I have never once delivered bad news well. I just say “so” and stare at the floor, which is why a well-timed bad news meme feels like a masterclass from someone braver than me.

Two guys, one fridge, fifteen flights of stairs, and the news still found a way to get worse. That is the most relatable thing I have seen all week, so let’s keep going.

Doctors are clearly the undisputed champions here, and I find that deeply alarming. Half of these doctor memes star a calm man in a white coat ruining somebody’s entire week, like he has been saving the organ donor line since medical school. The news is bad. The timing is good. The dog looks great.
