This and some memes
There is a very specific joy in declaring the bare minimum as a fantasy. A photo of a clean kitchen and a caption that reads, this and some silence. A beach at golden hour, this and some time off that actually feels like time off. The “This and some...” format is part joke, part group therapy. It takes an ordinary scene and refuses to complicate it. No grind, no hustle, no twelve step morning routine. Just a moment and a small luxury stapled to it. Our focus keyword this and some memes shows up because the internet loves a template that doubles as a sigh of relief. You know the formula the second you see it. Pretty backdrop, honest wish, zero notes. These posts are the opposite of flex culture. Nobody is bragging. We are begging for normal. And yes, the punchline is that asking for peace and a snack reads like a grand plan now. If your idea of ambition is a chair, a breeze, and a nap you promised yourself, you are in excellent company.
Scroll through 23 quiet flexes pairing everyday scenes with tiny wishes. Expect relatable memes, wholesome memes, and meme templates you can steal for your group chat. Think parks with this and some shade, living rooms with this and some people who rinse dishes, and sunsets with this and some bug spray. Print them on your brain and call it self care.
Platforms often reward image posts with better engagement than plain text, which explains why this format spreads so fast. Picture first, punchline second, dopamine achieved. The joke writes itself. We all want less noise and one small upgrade. Save your favorites, then try a few with your own photos. No need to overshare. This and some boundaries works fine.
