Sony finally released the Madame Web movie, and needless to say the internet's reaction has been lukewarm
Oh, dear moviegoers, gather 'round for a tale as twisted as Madame Web's web of fate. Sony, in its infinite wisdom, has bestowed upon us the cinematic wonder that is the Madame Web movie. Yes, you read that correctly – Madame Web, the obscure comic book character whose claim to fame is... well, being old and psychic, I guess? The recent release of the movie by Sony has left audiences scratching their heads and critics sharpening their pens. Madame Web reviews and memes reviews are pouring in faster than you can say "What were they thinking?" and let's just say the consensus isn't exactly glowing. From wooden performances to a plot thinner than Madame Web's spectral threads, it seems that Sony has once again missed the mark with this latest addition to their ever-expanding Spider-Verse. But fear not for amidst the wreckage of yet another failed superhero flick, there is a glimmer of light – and that light comes in the form of memes. Oh yes, the internet has once again come to the rescue, serving up a veritable feast of Madame Web memes that are as hilarious as they are merciless. Perhaps the most fitting memes of all are the ones about the fact that Sony tapped the writers of MORBIUS to write the move. That's right, THAT Morbius. Bravo, guys. You've done it again. So, without further preamble, we present you with:
