Seasonal depression memes

I love winter because everything dies and it’s dark. But apparently, my brain needs “serotonin” and “sunlight” to function. It’s stupid. These seasonal depression memes are for everyone who feels like a garbage bag filled with sadness from November to March. It’s not our fault. It’s the sun’s fault for leaving us.

The “January-February crazies” is a real thing. You just sit there and stare at the wall and wonder if you’re a person or just a ghost haunting your own apartment. And the Scooby-Doo meme? Yeah. It’s usually just regular depression wearing a winter coat. Surprise. Whatever. At least we can be miserable together in the dark. That’s kind of nice, I guess.

When the days get short and the mood gets low, humor is sometimes the only light we have. We have gathered the most relatable memes for anyone currently fighting the winter blues and waiting for the sun to come back.

The Sephora alien meme is accurate. You can buy all the makeup you want, but you’re still just a sad alien underneath. And finding dog poop with a flashlight? That is the specific, distinct misery of winter. It’s cold, it’s dark, and you’re looking for garbage. It’s the perfect metaphor for the season.

If you are waiting for spring, you might as well laugh while you wait. Check out mental health memes, winter struggle posts, and dark humor for more cynical comfort.
