The customer is wrong

Anyone who’s worked in customer service has heard the age-old saying, “The customer is always right.” Well, I can personally vouch for the fact that this statement is often very wrong. From customers who can’t seem to grasp simple concepts to those who think they know more than the experts, dealing with some people can test your patience in ways you never thought possible. These pictures prove that the customer isn’t always right—in fact, they’re often spectacularly wrong, and it’s a wonder how anyone keeps their cool in these situations.

This collection of 45 infuriating pictures showcases moments where the customer was, without a doubt, very wrong. From bizarre complaints to mind-boggling misunderstandings, these photos capture the frustrations of anyone who’s ever worked in customer service. Whether it’s a customer demanding the impossible or someone who simply refuses to listen, these moments prove that sometimes, the customer is just plain wrong. Prepare for second-hand frustration as you scroll through the sheer absurdity of it all, and maybe take a moment to appreciate the patience of the employees who had to deal with these situations.

Customer: can I have the filet mignon Me: yes would you like that cooked medium? Customer: what do you mean I thought the filet was fish? Lol
Machinists and engineers will relate to this: "Our customer complained that the hole was the wrong size and sent us this photo to prove it."
Me: straight or curly fries Customer: what's the difference? Me:
if you're wondering what it's like to work in hospitality, today a customer complained that her milkshake had milk in it
Never has there been a bigger lie than "the customer is always right" I have seen, with my own eyes, a customer ask a Burger King worker for a Big Mac and McFlurry.
Today at work one of my customers had ask me what the difference between bone-in and boneless chicken was.....
So I was at Walmart earlier A lady was looking at frozen turkeys, but she couldn't find one big enough. She asked the stock boy, "do these turkeys get any bigger?" He replied with a straight face, "No ma'am, they're dead." Made my week
Customer, pointing at the pricetag: "Is this the price?" Me: " ...yes" Customer: "Is it on sale?" Me: "No" Customer: "Is there a special discount?"
