   Doro means gold. Like El Dorado is the golden place. So maybe Dorito is little nuggets of gold?

   Doroito… am I saying it right? Feels funny on my tongue… also I wonder what a “little dor” is. Or even if a larger ‘dor’ might exist…

     In Spanish, you eliminate the end vowel and replace it with -ito so that’s how it makes Dorito. English rules don’t apply to Spanish
